Retirement of my master...
Master Doetsu did not desire the post with a good grace and decided to his mind to retire from active life in next year, by reason of carrying out the spirit of Sogo and holding family's honor.
Another reason was, it was said, that there was reserved in his objection toward the magistrate office which had once appointted the post.
It was so hard to obey the officer's order in a feudal period.
And last reason was, I believe, that he recognized highly his heir's ability. It was a great tragedy for him who devoted himself to the refinement of his art that Dosaku had developed his natural abilities during the Sogo. People said that Dosaku had been Kyoto in 11th and 12th games, so he lost the games, and after 13th game he adopted Dosaku's system, then he won all in black, and Sanchi played so far as to try 3-point pincer which was developed by Dosaku.
F'm..., well, show you a game against master Doetsu.
Both game shows full of offense and defense technique. Master Doetsu had been living life to the full during Sogo against Sanchi.
